The rules that apply when using LOMI.
These Terms govern your use of LOMI. By accessing the service, you agree to follow these Terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
LOMI means the marketplace service. A user is any person who browses, registers, lists, communicates, or otherwise uses the service. A listing is content offered by a user.
You must be legally able to use the service. Keep account information accurate, protect your credentials, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for your activity, communications, and content. Do not impersonate another person, misuse another account, or interfere with the service.
LOMI facilitates discovery and communication between buyers and sellers. LOMI is not the seller, buyer, owner, broker, delivery provider, escrow service, or settlement service for user transactions.
Sellers must provide truthful, current descriptions, prices, locations, images, and attributes. Do not list items you cannot lawfully offer or materially misrepresent a product.
Do not list illegal, stolen, dangerous, counterfeit, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited goods or services. LOMI may restrict content that creates safety or legal concerns.
Users arrange communications and transactions directly. Review information carefully, ask questions, inspect items where appropriate, and make payment decisions independently.
LOMI may review content, restrict visibility, remove listings, respond to reports, suspend accounts, or block users where appropriate. Moderation does not guarantee that every listing has been reviewed.
Available promotion products, placement, duration, and fees are presented at the time of a request. Promotion availability and visibility are not guaranteed and may be subject to review or expiration.
LOMI content and design are protected by applicable rights. You retain rights in content you submit and grant LOMI permission to host, format, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the marketplace.
Do not scrape, probe, reverse engineer, spam, manipulate rankings, evade restrictions, upload malicious code, or use the service to harm people or systems.
Some links or services may be provided by third parties. Their availability and terms are outside LOMI’s control, and using them is your responsibility.
LOMI may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, safety, legal, or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
The marketplace is provided on an applicable-law basis. LOMI does not guarantee products, sellers, buyers, prices, availability, transaction completion, or the accuracy of user content.
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses and claims arising from your unlawful use, breach of these Terms, or content and transactions you submit or arrange.
You may stop using the service. LOMI may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or maintain the service.
We may update the service or these Terms. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.
